Time Share Agent/Representative
A Provisional license is issued to the applicant that has not received a full background report. Once the Provisional Timeshare license or full Timeshare License is received by the project broker, the applicant is allowed to conduct timeshare sales or solicitations in accordance with the NRS/NAC 119A. A receipt of the application and application fee does not constitute an issued license.
Provide a statement signed by the project broker to the validity of the applicant's reputation and attest that a background investigation was conducted by a reputable source.
Provide copy of background report conducted at the request of the timeshare project.
Time Share Agent license is issued for a two year period and
requires 6 hours of continuing education upon renewal of an active
or inactive license.
