1. Under “CIC Resale Package” (page 3):  The SB 253 provision in Section 8 of the bill mandating that resale packages be provided at the expense of the CIC unit’s owner and include the additional disclosure regarding transfer fees, transaction fees or any other fees went into effect on June 9, 2009 (not October 1, 2009 as is erroneously reported in the newsletter).

2. The Broker-Salesperson column in the statistics table for August 2009 (back page) displayed inaccurate results.  The error has been corrected with new statistics for September 2009.
