Licensee Mailing Lists (CD Rosters)

Mailing lists (rosters) are available upon written request from the Real Estate Division's Education section. A written request includes the following:

1. Mailing List (CD Roster) Request Form (# 647)

2. Check or money order for specified fee

Cash payments are accepted when requesting in person, however the request must still be accompanied by form 647.  When ordering, please remember the following:

1. The CICCH (Homeowners Association), AMC (Appraisal Management Company) and ASM (Asset Management Company) rosters will include the management company’s telephone number or the telephone number provided for the association. Email addresses will not be provided.

2. All other mailing lists/rosters will not include phone numbers nor email addresses.

3. All fees are non-refundable.

4. Please allow up to two weeks for processing & delivery. (Paying by check - please allow four to six weeks.)
