R091-09 NAC 645C 04/20/2010 A regulation relating to appraisals of real estate; defines appraisal management company and the requirements for registering;  establishing requirements for applications for the issuance and renewal of a registration as an appraisal management company; enacting certain disclosure and recordkeeping requirements for appraisal management companies; enacting various regulatory requirements pertaining to appraisal management companies; defines certain conduct by an appraiser or appraiser’s intern in relation to an unregistered appraisal management company when determining whether the appraiser or intern has engaged in unprofessional conduct; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
