Inspectors of Structures

Inspection means a physical examination of the mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems of a structure or of the structural components of a structure. The term includes any consultation regarding a structure that is represented to be a certified inspection or any other title, word or other designation intended to imply or designate that the consultation is a certified inspection.

Energy Auditors

Energy audit means a consultation to improve the energy efficiency of a home pursuant to NRS 645D.300. The energy audit must adhere to the standards set forth and the aspects in Assembly Bill 432 (2011 Legislative Session) – now codified into NRS 645D. A written report based upon the energy audit must be provided to the homeowner. Energy auditor means a person who is licensed pursuant to NRS 645D to conduct energy audits of homes.
